3 Ingredient Vegan Pancakes

Pancakes should be simple, tasty and quick to make. We love this recipe and usually double the quantities to make extra pancakes for the next day. We have also successfully tested it with gluten free flour.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Soya or your favourite milk alternative. (We used this one by oatley)
1 Cup of self raising flour (Wheat &spelt work best)
4 Tablespoons of Coconut oil.
Method:
1.Mix all ingredients together until lump free & leave to set for 15 minutes.
2. Fry in more coconut oil and top with your favourite toppings.
This recipe makes about 4 medium sized pancakes.
